Most of our patients are referred and we welcome all New Patients! Simply call Dr. Miller at SUMMIT INJURY & WELLNESS to schedule an appointment. Our super friendly staff will schedule an appointment, usually on the same day, if needed!

We value your time as our own and take great pride in patient friendly paperwork with minimum waiting time. Our paperwork is brief and we do all the filing of insurance forms and communications with insurance companies and others.

In our beautiful front waiting lounge, we actually have 8 wonderful LARGE FLAT SCREENS for Amazing Educational Viewing, showing exactly what we do! This is to make it fun and informative.

Next, a personal consultation with Dr. Miller so you can share your problem with the doctor. An Initial detailed "Advanced Spine Examination, Advanced X-ray & Computer Analysis and World Class - Electronic Diagnostic Evaluations" all performed in the clinic without the need of your inconvenience for outside referral.

If immediate Pain Relief Care is needed, treatment will begin the same day with home therapy recommendations as well.

Our friendly staff speaks English and Spanish with additional interpreter assistance as needed.
